Work History Verification
Each applicant is required to provide an updated resume or work history dating back seven years or to the beginning of their healthcare professional career – which ever timeline is shortest.
License Verification
Licenses and required certifications are verified initially during the new-hire screening process. Annual audits are completed on all current employees to verify licenses and required certifications have been renewed timely. Updated license and certification renewal records are added to each staff member’s file.
Certification Verification
Applicants are required to provide current copies of their Healthcare Provider CPR and/or BLS Provider Certification as part of the new-hire screening process. Other certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIHSS, TNCC, CPI, CEN, and NRP etc., as required by specific specialties, are added to the staff member’s file and renewals of each certification are audited and updated annually.
