As an original founding member, I started at ECMStaffing in 2001. Over the last two decades, I’ve helped the company grow exponentially, servicing clients and supporting staff members in nine states currently.  Today, I oversee the companies daily operations and specialize in accounting, backend office support and financial services. I’m passionate about recruiting and placement of travel staff, and helping healthcare professionals grow in their careers. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my beautiful English Bulldog – Koko.

I’ve been a member of team ECMStaffing since 2019. I earned my BSN from the University of North Carolina (Go Heels!) in 2006 and have worked in ICU-Critical Care throughout my career. I do my best to live life with a focus on integrity, transparency and community. When looking for travel work in the PNW, I was referred to ECMStaffing and felt like I finally found a company I could align with. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, I’m responsible for overseeing competency assessment-related activities and addressing performance issues or concerns of clinical field staff to ensure ECMStaffing meets hospital-facility requirements and Joint Commission Standards.

When not wearing scrubs, you’ll find me running/shuffling/walking the trails of Washington State, (ad)venturing to beautiful places, and having conversations with loved ones. Oh, and playing lots of fetch with our dog – Chili Bob.

I started at ECMStaffing in 2022 and specialize in Credentialing and Compliance. My primary responsibility is to ensure credentials are accurate and current for all clinical field staff, meeting hospital-facility requirements and Joint Commission Standards. I assist applicants with onboarding to help ready them for upcoming assignments, provide resources and guidance when needed to guarantee timely renewals and compliance, and serve as the companies main point of contact for all related issues. Outside of work, I enjoy playing softball and spending time with friends and family.
